For UK orders, if you are returning any clothing items, we are happy to give you a full refund (excluding your delivery cost in sending it back to us). Refund amounts can only be sent back to the original source of payment.
SALE ITEMS: All sale items can only be refunded back on a credit note. This is also mentioned on the product page. A refund as a credit note / gift voucher is sent via email which is valid for 12 months from the date issued.
You can return the order for a refund within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item(s) are in new condition and have all tags attached. After this period we reserve the right to refuse the return of the item. If the item is used or damaged, your item will not be refunded. You must also be able to provide a tracking number for the item being returned. You can contact us by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
Once the return has been confirmed by us, the parcel must be dispatched to us within 3 working days.
All designer suits include a Purple MOMINA ribbon woven into the suit, which states that if the ribbon is cut, removed or tampered with, we will not be able to accept the return. There will always be enough space with the ribbon which will allow you to try-on the item without cutting the ribbon.
Please note (EID): For items purchased before Eid, there are strictly no returns or exchanges accepted after Eid. Only items purchased after Eid will become eligible for a return or exchange. If you are unsure of the size/measurements of the suit you are purchasing, please contact us and we would be happy to provide you with those details. As long as you can provide evidence via tracking information, that the parcel was dispatched to us before Eid, but arrived with us after Eid, we will continue with processing your refund.
If the delivery was free and included with the price of the item(s) purchased, or if the delivery charges were paid separately, and for any reason you have decided to return the item(s) from your order, there will be a deduction of £2 from the total amount refunded, to cover partial delivery cost of the original order. If the order is above the value of £200 and you return 50% or more of your order, we will deduct up to a maximum of £5 from the total value. This is because of the additional delivery insurances that are applied on the original order. If you return part of your order which brings the total order value below the Free Delivery threshold, a delivery charge will be deducted from the refund value.
For Express deliveries over the Free Delivery threshold, we give a discounted rate of £1.99 instead of the normal £4.99 express delivery price. If the full order is returned, £2 will be be deducted from the total refund amount, due to the same reason as above.
Please note: Free Delivery and reduced cost Express deliveries are only given as a discount, and full courier costs are still something we (MOMINA) have to pay.
If any returned items are damaged, worn, have perfume scents, or are not in the same condition as when sent, the customer will be asked to have the items returned to them at their own expense. Alternatively, a 25% deduction will be applied to the cost of the affected items, depending on their condition, at the manager's discretion.
We kindly ask our customers to handle returned items with care, ensuring they are returned in a clean, presentable condition to help facilitate a smooth refund process. If the items are returned with their original packaging removed, shirts/trousers turned inside-out, or rolled up into a ball and unfolded, a 15% deduction will be applied to the total return amount.
For International orders, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
All returned goods must be in their original packaging. You must notify us and get confirmation by email or WhatsApp before you return any goods.
You are responsible for the goods until they reach us and for your own protection, we recommend that you return the items via recorded delivery and that you obtain ‘Proof of Posting Certificate' from the post office. If you are using a courier service, ensure the goods are insured whilst in transit and again that you retain the relevant proof of purchase receipt or document.
Refunds can only be sent back to the original source of payment.
All our designer garments are fitted with tags and ribbons. If any of these are removed or goods are damaged (including marks & scents) we will not issue a refund under any circumstances.
PLEASE NOTE – All our items are thoroughly checked before they are dispatched and care needs to be taken when trying on goods. Please ensure you are not wearing perfume or make-up that may leave marks or scent on the goods when trying them on. If these instructions are not followed or items are damaged, they may not be accepted as returned items.
Also please note that any item on Sale Price are non-refundable. Only a Credit note can be issued. If you have any questions, please contact us. We regret that postage and packaging charges cannot be refunded.
