PAYMENTS

At MOMINA you can shop with confidence that all payments are taken via our online secure payment gateways. We have secure methods of taking payments and we insure strict security to safe guarding any personal information and your orders.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

We also support payments made in interest free instalments, powered by Klarna.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Majority of the orders will be delivered within the timespan stated at checkout. Occasionally some deliveries can take longer due to delays by courier services, for which we are not held liable, as long as we have dispatched the parcel on time. Each delivery is tracked and tracking numbers will be provided to customers by email. If items are out of stock we will inform you via email, phone or WhatsApp.

A signature might be required on some deliveries.

IN-STORE COLLECTIONS

When purchasing online for collection in-store, you must collect your order within 5 days. After this time, we have the right to cancel the order and issue a refund. A 5% charge will be deducted from the total amount as admin costs.

During the collection, you get chance to see all items you purchased, and try them on before completing the collection.

If you are unhappy with any items you purchased at the time of collection, you can ask for the order to be cancelled (all items or partial), and a full refund will be processed online, back to the source of payment. There will be no deductions for this, if you came to collect within 5 days of placing the order.

For returns after collection, standard in-store policies apply. This is because you viewed the items, and had the option to try-on the items before completing collection from store.

INCORRECT CUSTOMER INFORMATION

It is the customers responsibility to provide all correct details, in regards to shipping address, email address and phone number. In cases where the customer has placed an order with incomplete or incorrect delivery address, the order might not get delivered and would get returned back to us.

Re-posting the parcel to the correct address would require additional payment by the customer. We are not responsible for re-posting the parcel free of cost, as we still have to pay these costs to the courier service.

If the customer no longer wants the item redelivered and prefers a refund, please bear in mind that we will not be able to refund the initial delivery cost. If the delivery cost was free due to the order total being over the Free Delivery threshold, then £4 would be deducted from the total amount refunded.

An additional admin and restocking charge of £5 would also be deducted from the amount refunded. This includes the fees charged by Royal Mail for returning the undelivered parcel back to us.

Due to variation on devices used to view our products, such as mobile screens, tablets and desktops, the colours shown may appear different to the product you receive. This is reproduction of colours on images viewed on different devices may not be precise or accurate. It is not possible to guarantee that colours of garments you receive will be an exact match to the colour of the product you have viewed online because of this.

We also advise that some colours portrayed online may also vary due to slight changes in dye and materials that occasionally occur. We cannot be held responsible for these differences.
